Run Creative's Rainer Trefz was positioned at BMW Global Brand Management and Brand Strategy, where he was responsible for the global launch communication for the new BMW 1 Series Coupe and Convertible (now renamed to 2 Series). Rainer’s responsibilities included: development of strategic positioning, global communication strategy, agency briefings and the implementation of global launch campaigns across all media.


Result

The launch campaigns, executed by TBWA Berlin (global), WCRS London (UK) and GSD&M Austin (US), went on to become BMW's most effective and most awarded campaigns to date.
